
Connie Lupichuk

Director of Consulting and Programs
Connie has a Masters degree in Social Work and is Registered with the BC Association of Social Workers and Saskatchewan Social Work Association. She has over 40 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and businesses. In her capacity as Director of Consulting and Programs for Incentive Counselling, she is the contact for Incentive Counselling High Conflict program (New Ways for Families), Parental Capacity Assessments, Child Voices/Voices of the Child reports and Refuse and Resist Assessments. She also has extensive experience in mediation, both in separation/divorce and in the workplace. Her expertise and passion is to assist in resolving high conflict situations in relationships, families, and the workplace.

Wendy Blancher
BEd, MEd, RPC
Director of Counselling
Wendy has a Masters in Education and is registered with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. She has worked for over 25 years with individuals and families and counselling experience includes individual counselling for teens and adults and couples counselling. She is trained in trauma recovery and a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR for individuals and the Gottman method for couples. She is also qualified to provide the Incentive Counselling High Conflict program (New Ways for Families), Parental Capacity Assessments, and Child Voices/Voices of the Child reports.

Krista Giilck
BSS, MACP, BCACC
Clinical Counsellor
Krista received her Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology and Criminology in 2012 and is working toward obtaining her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology through Yorkville University. She has over five years of experience working with youth and young adults in a trauma-informed, residential care setting and one year of experience working with adults in an inpatient addiction treatment center. She has a caring, nonjudgmental approach, that helps people to feel safe sharing personal struggles. Krista is knowledgeable in using mindfulness-based practices and cognitive behavioural techniques in supporting individuals with a wide array of concerns including emotion regulation, self-injurious behaviour, depression, anxiety, attachment injury, trauma and substance abuse.

Shonah Nykiforuk
RPC-C
Clinical Counsellor
Shonah strives to build trustworthy connections and treats clients with unconditional positive regard and empathy. Open conversation and collaboration for treatment are key as Shonah strives to put clients at ease by creating an environment of safety.
Clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, as well as those wishing to broaden their self-awareness will benefit from working with Shonah. Most notably, Shonah is passionate about providing support and resources to those who have an addict in their lives, as she is familiar with the toll this supportive position can take.

Ariana Faul

Volunteer
Ariana has been a volunteer with Incentive Counselling since April 2021. In this role, she assists with blog posts, some social media, and course development, including the Anger Management and Anxiety for Youth programs.

Iffat graduated from The College of Law, University of Saskatchewan. For the past 15 years Iffat has primarily practiced in the area of Family Law Litigation dealing with very high conflict families going through separation and divorce.
In April 2023, Iffat joined Procido LLP in order to focus on a resolution-based practice so that she could provide her clients with more affordable options to resolve their matters out of court.
