my profile
Wendy Blancher B. Ed., M. Ed., RPC-C
Clinical Counsellor
I have a Master’s degree in education and worked in the educational system for 22 years.  While in education, I observed a consistent increase in mental health issues affecting youth in particular, which prompted me to pursue a profession where I could be more helpful. I trained with North America’s leading Cognitive Behavioral Therapy expert, Dr. David Burns as well as the the renown Julie and John Gottman for couples therapy. I am a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate (RPC-C) with the Canadian Professional Counsellor’s Association (CPCA).

I strongly believe that the collaborative relationship between counsellor and client is the most important aspect of your success, so I work hard to create an environment of warmth, trust, safety, and respect. This environment facilitates the healthy, collaborative process required to foster personal growth and change. I am committed to quality, evidence-based therapeutic practices to improve emotional and relational well-being. My goal is to equip clients with personal awareness,  emotional resilience, resourcefulness, and the capacity to cope with stress. I work with clients to build on the strengths and virtues that make life more fulfilling.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to address issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction and substance abuse, suicidal impulses, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and grief. I can also help with job and career concerns, educational decisions, mental and emotional health issues, and relationship problems.

I welcome tweens, teens, adults and mature clients.

The client-counsellor relationship is deeply personal, and I consider it a privilege to assist you to your path of renewal.  Contact me today at for more information or book an appointment below.

Connie Lupichuk BSW, MSW, CLC, RSW
Senior Consultant
My work experience spans 40 years within the Saskatchewan government and in the private sector. I hold a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Social Work. I am licensed to practice as a social worker in Saskatchewan and British Columbia. I have specialized training in interest-based mediation, critical stress management, parenting capacity, parental alienation, high conflict divorce, various other therapeutic modalities and, most recently, in trial consulting.

I have held various leadership social work positions including, but not limited to, a supervisor in child protection, clinical supervisor, counsellor, life coach, workshop facilitator, mediator, parenting/custody assessor and consultant.

After decades of experience delivering human services, I now focus the majority of my time conducting parenting capacity assessments and consulting in high conflict and parental alienation cases. Saskatoon Family Court has recognized me as an expert in risk factors, child development, parenting capacity and child custody.

Those who have sought my services describe me as caring, direct, committed, honest, and knowledgeable. Most of my services are offered via telephone and or Skype; however, office visits are available in Penticton and occasionally in Kelowna.

If my approach and experience are appealing, I am accepting clients in need of divorce coaching and or high conflict and trial consulting. If you are a counsellor or working in a similar profession, I offer clinical supervision and consultations.
