Granted, you may have been validated time and time again that using anger gets you what you want, but it is a very toxic way to manipulate others and unhealthy for you as well. Misusing anger can affect your relationships, work environment, mental health, and sense of peace and well-being. 

If your anger is causing difficulties in your life and you want to learn a better way to express frustration, then Incentive Counelling’s Anger Management program is for you. We offer this program on an individual basis as well as in a small online group setting. 

Our small group online course is limited to 5 participants. The group format destigmatizes your anger issues and validates that you are not alone. Members share personal growth and learning experiences and are there to support you in yours. All materials and a certificate of completion are provided after all meetings and homework are completed.

Our online anger course runs one evening per week from 5:30pm – 7pm PST for 6 weeks. The price per participant is $399.00, including taxes, 6 – 90 minute sessions, the anger workbook, and all supplemental materials. To learn more click here.
